The Central Florida office is located in St. Petersburg, Florida and covers the West Coast, Panhandle and Orlando regions of the state.
Marlon brings with him almost 25 years of real estate experience in Georgia, Tennessee, Colorado, Connecticut and Florida. Marlon oversees the acquisition and development of retail projects and shares in the responsibility of new business development, project generation and the management of key tenant relationships. Recently, his primary emphasis has been on single-tenant product focusing on existing relationships with Walgreens, McDonalds, Chase, Starbucks, Wawa, Chick-fil-A and Chipotle. Throughout his career, he has also completed projects for Bank Atlantic, 7-Eleven, Eckerd Corporation, Dunkin’ Donuts, Tires Plus, Checkers, YUM Brands and CVS.

Marlon holds a degree in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate from Florida State University and is an Associate Partner with Moffitt Pinellas Partners and is involved as an Advisory Board Member with the Central and Northern Florida Chapter of Make-A-Wish.
Mike brings 15+ years of real estate experience to The Ferber Company. Previously Mike was a tenant representation broker for 5 years with The Shopping Center Group, handling tenants such as Aldi, Aspen Dental, Best Buy, Chipotle, CitiTrends, Costco, dd’s, Darden, Firestone, Golfsmith and Ross. Mike was a top producer at The Shopping Center Group his last 2 years with the company.
Before The Shopping Center Group, Mike was a leasing agent for Benderson Development in Sarasota, Florida. He specialized in leasing existing and pre-construction developments on the West Coast of Florida.
Mike’s current focus is to identify projects that meet the retailer’sÂ market strategy. Once that is established, Mike handles the site acquisition and oversees the project development to deliver a seamless product.
Mike holds a degree in Communications from Purdue University.
